In-Person Sessions
Prepayment is required to reserve your session.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-show and will be charged in full, with no refund or reschedule credit issued.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed entirely are charged in full.
Prepaid sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Package expiration timelines are stated at purchase.
Distance/Remote Sessions
Prepayment is required to reserve your session.

Arriving more than 5 minutes late will result in shortened time.
Arrivals 10 minutes or more past the scheduled start are considered a no-show and will be charged in full, with no refund or reschedule credit issued.
No-shows and late cancellations are charged in full.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for any completed session, class, or group offering under any circumstances. Refunds are only available in the specific situations outlined in this policy.
